Tips for a property purchase

- You can live in a mobile on your property while you build (some restrictions). You may also be able to live permanently in a mobile home.
- Power is not always available from the closest pole. Temporary power is sometimes available while you build (at a cost).
- Mineral rights do not come with all property.
- The South Fork of the American River is rated as one of the best white water rafting rivers in the western United States.
- You can get to most of Sacramento from the foothills in less than an hour.
